ORDERS

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE? 

 

All items are handmade to order in our UK studio. Due to high demand, our current turnaround time is 2–6 weeks before dispatch, although many orders are completed sooner.

We always aim to send orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience while each piece is made by hand.

If our turnaround times change significantly, we will update the notice at the top of our website.

 

As a small independent brand, every item is handmade to order. During busy periods, response times may be slower while we focus on making and dispatching orders.

If your estimated turnaround time has passed and you have not received a dispatch notification, please contact us at lotteehelp@outlook.com with your order number and we will be happy to help.

If you need your order for a particular date, please leave a note at checkout before placing your order. We will always do our best to accommodate requests where possible, but this cannot be guaranteed.

 

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

As all LOTTEE SHOP pieces are handmade to order, work on your order begins shortly after it is placed. To ensure we can maintain our production schedule and estimated turnaround times, we are unfortunately unable to cancel, amend, or make changes to orders once they have been submitted.

Please take a moment to carefully review your order details, including sizing, shipping address, and any personal information, before completing your purchase.

LOTTEESHOP ship our products worldwide.

For international shipping, please allow 7-14 work days for your item to arrive after production. 

 

REFUNDS

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS 

As every LOTTEE SHOP piece is handmade to order specifically for you, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or unwanted items.

To help ensure the best possible fit, we strongly recommend providing your measurements in the notes section at checkout. We suggest including your bust, waist, hip measurements, and height so that your garment can be made with your proportions in mind.

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault due to a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing lotteehelp@outlook.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will happily repair the garment and cover the reasonable postage costs required to return the item to us for alteration before sending it back to you.
